Fast Splits wants to make you as comfortable with purchasing products on the web as we can. That is why we have a 30 day return policy on any new and unused product from our catalog store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us and we'll arrange to make an exchange or refund your money.

Fast Splits may take a return over the 30 day limit and reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on returns on those items. Fast Splits reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on a returned item that was special ordered for a customer, i.e. the item is not found in our on-line store. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and or refuse the return of a product that has been installed or used.

Your money will be promptly refunded if you make a return. Fast Splits will refund shipping costs on mis-shipments and items that are determined to be damaged or defective. To make sure the return is handled in a timely manner please have your order number ready and call 781-483-3213 to receive a Return Authorization Code. Please do not e-mail about return requests. If you don't get an answer please leave a message stating your name, order number, phone number and product you would like to return. Fast Splits will get back to you as soon as possible.
